Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date.

Non-returnable Items: Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse is not eligible for return.

Initial Reporting: If you receive a defective product, please notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the defective product before issuing a refund or replacement.

Shipping: If the product is deemed defective, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending the replacement.
